And in updating my Husband on The Hills news: Audrina and Lo will never be friends, Spencer and Heidi will never be actors

Have I mentioned we don't have cable at the house? Yeah, we're trying to save money and this is supposed to save us money, not watching TV.

Instead I have to watch it on the internet when I get a spare moment here and there. This includes the new season of The Hills, which is a show that I (possibly) think I'm outgrowing, but won't stop watching.

Husband used to watch it with me (though he wouldn't admit he was watching, he constantly asked how The Hills was going, as if to get updates on the lives of the oh so interesting girls of The Hills) and conversations were always like "and then Elodie was like whatever Heidi and Heidi was like uh huh yeah whatever and then Elodie was like whatever I quit and Heidi was like why did you quit because I stole your job, you stupid!" with Husband going "wait, who's Heidi again?"

Last night I broke the news that we were missing this seasons Hills but that I had watched the first two episodes on line.

"So what's going on with The Hills?" Husband said, eagerly tapping his fingers. Did Lauren get a boyfriend? Did Lo lighten up? Did Audrina move out? Did Heidi make another bad music video to go along with another equally bad song?

"Well, in the first episode Audrina told Lo they would never be friends. And in the second, Spencer and Heidi tried to act like they were sincere, but they aren't."

"That's it?"

I thought about it for a second... yep... that's pretty much it.
