1/2 block from HSU. 2 bedrooms - 1 bath on a dead end street. Off street parking. Full daylight basement. Washer and dryer hookups. Outside garden area with garden shed. $1,350 a month with no pets...$1,400 a month with pets plus a $2,700 security deposit.
No indoor gardeners..No indoor growers..regardless of 215 or not!!!
Periodic inspections to insure a grow-free house!
Available hopefully by Monday, August 4th...depending on current move out conditions.

You are surprised at this? I am a landlord and I can tell you this is THE NORM! Maybe not everyone verbalizes this but they tell this to the prospective renter and have it written up in the contract. No growing! ALL OF US landlords have been burned by this. I thought I could retire someday, but they have ruined a couple of my places to the tune of thousands of dollars. If you are looking for a place and you are nice renters, I am looking for you! I have a dumpy, old, but sort of charming 2 BR 2 Ba coming up with some property around it, right in town, for around $1200. No pets.
