People are actually interested. Gotten a few emails so far (which just means that I need to clean the kitchen).
Some people are REALLY interested: If you could let me see it first, I think it's EXACTLY what I am looking for.
And some people... well they ask questions: I'm interested in seeing the apartment you put up on Craigslist. Is the complex big or small? Is it upstairs or downstairs or is it all one floor? Where is the parking? Do you know the square footage? Does it have any amenities? Does it have a property management company? Carpeting or hardwood floor? Any particular length of lease? Does it have a yard? A courtyard? A balcony or patio?
