Zee Plan...

I "plan" to post at least once a week now... maybe twice if you're lucky. I might post random stuff that doesn't matter sometimes, but we'll see.

POSTING DAYS ARE MONDAYS because most people spend their Monday's reading stuff on the internet any way.

Last night we forced Vee and Jay to watch American Idol with us: As we had graced them with our presence whilst eating their yummy salmon dinner

Husband and I have, for some reason, been sucked into the vortex of American Idol where each week we watch wondering if in fact they will stop sucking.

This week was not that week.

I actually felt bad that Jay and Vee were watching THIS week, where the contestents had been instructed to sing "inspirational songs" and the best they could come up with is "You've Got a Freind." I felt BAD that this was the week that would forever stick in the minds of Vee and Jay, and this week SUCKED.

Seriously, it SUCKED. Even hometown Carly kinda sucked. They all sucked. They must be too busy practicing Brady Bunch type walking/singing/looking innocent routines to bother really learning a song. Or maybe that all know that none of them will probably be kicked off this week, considering it's Idol Gives Back week and we all know when Idol Gives Back, they tend to save everybody. Whatever it was, nobody was really trying.

The whole show felt like it couldn't believe it had to be there. Like a mini party before the HUGE party, or a mini lunch before the HUGE wedding, everybody was just going through the motions. And Paula Abdul's boobs were dying a slow, tortured, suffocating type death. (Husband: "You just want to put your face in there, don't ya." Me: "We can hear you, turn down your sub concious.")

Even Archuleta didn't seem quite so greatful and annoying this week.

AND NO he is not growing on me... I just think it was one of those nights.
