We're on the phone and Husband goes "so when does Baby take a nap? Cause she's really awake and I can't get ANYTHING else done. She's a bit of an attention monger."
"I told you!"
See, it was almost like he didn't get it but now he does. She's a baby, she likes you to talk and play with her. And when he would come home and I'd immediately be like "watch her, I have a million things I'd like to do like say... take a shower, breathe, use the restroom etc. etc." it was like he didn't believe me. I've literally got a little person dictating my life!
So now he's getting it.
Work is what work does I suppose. Haven't been able to get anything done, considering as soon as I start something I come to realize that I don't have the access/program/login that I need for that action. Finally went to go send a fax and didn't have the right fax number, just one of those days.
I am working for the office I was working at before I up and left San Diego, almost like going back to something, sometimes feels like going backwards (to be honest) but mostly like a comfy place to rest myself for a spell.
Was watching an old episode of Scrubs the other day, they were talking about happiness and Heather Graham (purveyor of happiness) says something like "I think if you are unhappy now you should figure out the last time you were really happy and go back to that."
Simple, yes.
True.. also.
Back to the grind.
