Zee Plan...

I "plan" to post at least once a week now... maybe twice if you're lucky. I might post random stuff that doesn't matter sometimes, but we'll see.

POSTING DAYS ARE MONDAYS because most people spend their Monday's reading stuff on the internet any way.

Hometown Girl Does Good: by singing a song she's already sung a whole bunch of times

That up there is Carly Smithson from American Idol and even though she's already had a record deal and managed to only sell 300 copies of her album and people all over the internets are peeved because she's one of the Top 12 for American Idol even though she ain't no amatuer, I like her. There I said it. She's from San Diego (though actually from Ireland) and she has a tattoo shop in downtown and she's a fairly good preformer and she's from San Diego.

I'm all for San Diegans spreading the San Diego gospel.

Anywho, Tuesday and Wednesday nights are spent on the couch with Husband watching American Idol. I hate pretty much every single one of them, tiny baby boy who likes to sing Phil Collins, and stripper dude who doesn't want to say he's a stripper and country bumpkin whats her name, but I do remember TWO names from that show: Carly and Smithson.

Last night she sang some Beatles song and rocked it out and admitted that she's already sang it a bunch of times for people in San Diego and they seem to like it, so if America doesn't like it, SUCK IT, San Diego likes it.

And that is my American Idol recap of the day.

Except, Chikeze (or however you spell his name), must like Simon, surprised me. And even though before I thought he was a little dorky with a side of boring, last night he proved, much like Al Gore, just get him comfortable in the top 12 and he'll stop being such a weirdo and instead have a little fun with it (plus hunt the Man Bear Pig, and if you don't get that, well too bad...).
