We had the age old PB debate: Is it worth losing a parking spot for?
You see, there's hunger and there's "craving." And our first night, after the moving of many, many boxes and the stuffing in of many, many clothes and the fighting over the lack of many, many ways to organize our living room, and more fighting over what is TOO many pairs of shoes, we were hungry and we were craving La Salsa.
Where I was living (out in the burbs and all) there was no La Salsa.
NO LA SALSA!
No La Salsa.
And I knew the minute I got back I was going to break the old "hey, why do you eat at La Salsa when you have so many ACTUAL taco shops right around you" rule and head to La Salsa. We all wanted it.
But then came the big PB question. If you have the primo parking spot, right in front of your complex, easily viewed from your window do you sacrafice said spot for... La Salsa?
Is it worth losing a parking spot over?
A debate of PB proportions really. Because you have to have it over just about everything. Hey I feel like running out to buy crap at Target (is it worth losing a parking spot over?). Don't you want some ice cream from Cold Stone (but what about our parking spot?!) God I could go for an iced coffee (and then drink it while I walk the 10 blocks back to the apartment because that's how far away i'll have to park if I leave now) etc. etc.
As we mumbled something about hunger, exceptional hunger, being hungry it dawned on us that being that hungry it didn't have to be La Salsa... it could be anything.
And that kind of hunger is NOT worth losing a parking spot over. Not when you can just as easily call and get something delivered.
And now back to shoving things into closets...
Zee Plan...
I "plan" to post at least once a week now... maybe twice if you're lucky. I might post random stuff that doesn't matter sometimes, but we'll see.
POSTING DAYS ARE MONDAYS because most people spend their Monday's reading stuff on the internet any way.
